What can be printed on BOPP tape?

Two options widen what the artwork can do: reverse printing, where the design is printed so it reads through the film rather than sitting on the outside face, and half-tone effects, which break a solid colour into a dot pattern so shading and lighter tones are possible instead of flat blocks only. A standard message tape is the faster route when the job is to tell a handler something rather than to advertise. Is printed tape worth it against stickers?

A sticker is a second operation, someone has to pick it up, place it straight and press it down, on every carton. A printed tape is applied by the same motion that seals the box, so the branding cannot be forgotten on a busy shift and it cannot be applied crooked independently of the seal.
