Prateek BOPP Packaging Tape pairs this high-tensile film with a water-based acrylic or solvent-rubber adhesive to deliver a clean, strong, moisture-proof carton seal. When to use it
Pick light-duty grades for small cartons and stationery use, medium-duty for standard FMCG packaging and e-commerce, and heavy-duty for heavy or overfilled cartons destined for export. Ask your questionWhat is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the variant. Plain BOPP tape typically starts from a few cartons. Custom-printed BOPP usually requires a minimum of around 100 rolls per design due to plate-setup costs. Please send your exact spec on WhatsApp and we will confirm the minimum for your use case.
How long does custom-printed tape take to produce?
Standard production lead time for custom-printed BOPP is 10–15 business days from artwork approval. Plain and coloured variants are usually shipped within 3–5 business days from order confirmation. Express dispatch can be arranged on request.
Can you match a specific Pantone colour?
Yes. We print in up to 4 colours with close matching to PMS/Pantone references. Share your artwork and Pantone codes on WhatsApp — we will send a digital proof for approval before going to press. Reverse-printing and half-tone effects are also available.
What widths and lengths are available?
Standard widths are 12, 18, 24, 36, 48, 60, 72 and 100 mm — custom widths available on request. Standard lengths include 50 m, 100 m, 650 m and 1000 m for automatic dispensing machines. Reels can be slit to any length you specify.
Do you supply to export cartons that face humidity?
Yes — our heavy-duty grade is specifically formulated for humid and monsoon conditions. Thousands of our tapes ship overseas every month as part of leather-goods and FMCG export consignments. Our standard "For Export" printed tape is particularly popular for this use.
What is the shelf life?
BOPP tape retains full performance for 12 months from date of manufacture when stored in original packaging at 15–30°C, away from direct sunlight and sharp temperature changes.
